10 〜じん （ describes nationality) To ask someone their nationality, you put what ( なに ) in front of じん and make it a question. What’s your nationality? なにじん ですか。 I am American. アメリカじんです。 I am Mexican. メキシコじんです。

11 In Japan, there is very little racial mixing. Most people are 100% Japanese. It is very difficult for foreigners to become citizens of Japan.
