18 シナリオ概要 – 1 目的と利点: 目的 このシナリオでは、SAP ERPシステムで不定量な得意先指示を平均しかも予測可能な製造計画（平準化レベル）へ変換するかを説明します。リーンTPS原則によりSAPかんばんツールが使用され、上流からかんばん構成品目が供給されます。繰返生産環境におけるリーン生産管理方法：かんばん処理を使用したリーン補充を中心に説明します。 利点 平準化技術を使用したことにより、不定量な得意先指示が組立ラインにて平均な製造計画に変換され、その結果、パフォーマンスの変動による無駄が防がれ、製造処理が安定しかも予測可能になります。. 均等に配布および発送するのではなく、段取時間が最適化された順序計画を私用したことにより、無駄が回避されます。 かんばん呼出を使用したジャストインタイムの出荷/納入はリーン計画製造の原則と密着に結合されます。
