4 シナリオ概要 – 3 プロセスの詳細説明: 標準原価計算
製品の標準原価は、年次予算 (AOP) の一環として毎年更新されます。これは、購買部品の価格の変更、労務費および間接費の変更、半製品と製品の製造に必要な部品表/配合表および作業の変更を反映させるために必要です。 購買部品の計画価格が更新され、計画活動価格が計算されると、品目の新規の標準計画価格を計算するために原価積上実行が行われます。計算された標準原価がチェックされます。責任者は、たとえばマスタデータなどで必要な修正を加えるように依頼されます。計算が正しいと見なされると、価格は、それぞれの品目マスタレコードで将来の計画原価として更新されます。 現会計年度が終了すると、マークされた原価見積がリリースされます。その結果、新しい標準価格に応じて、既存の在庫が再評価されます。
