2 PLANNING ? 計画とは? Planning is preparing a sequence of action, steps to achieve some specific goal. 物事を行うに当たって、方法・手順などを考えること。

3 PLANNING ? 計画とは? If you do it effectively, you can reduce much the necessary time and effort of achieving the goal. 効率よく行えば時間を短縮することが出来る。

4 Why we need a Plan?1 Effective planning is vital to the success of a project. Planning may feel like a frustrating delay to action, but often saves time. 効果的なプランニングはプロジェクトを成功させるうえで欠かせないもので、プランニングに時間かかるかもしれないが、結果的に時間の短縮に繋がる。

5 Why we need a Plan?2 Time is saved because planning helps to:
Determine whether the task should be attempted. Work out the most effective way of reaching the target. Prepare to overcome unexpected difficulties with adequate resources. プロジェクト実行期間の短縮の理由 計画によりプロジェクトを実行するべきかがわかる。 目標を達するためのもっとも効率の良い手段を見つける。 思いがけない危機を適切な手段で回避する。

6 Why we need a Plan?3 Planning is beneficial because it allows the project team to: Take an idea of the current position 最新の情報を集める Identify precisely what is to be achieved 何をやるべきかを理解する Detail the who, what, when, where, why and how of achieving the target. 誰が、何を、いつ、どこで、なぜ、どのように目標を達成するかを詳説する 続く

7 Assess the impact of the plan on internally and externally.
計画のインパクトを内部的にも外部的にも考慮する Evaluate whether the effort, costs and implications of achieving the plan are worth the achievement. 目標を達成するための努力やコストは実行するほどの価値があるかを評価する。 Consider the control mechanisms(for example reporting, quality or cost control) that are needed to achieve your plan and keep it on course. 計画の流れを維持するため、又は達成するためのコントロールメカニズムをよく考える。

8 GOAL? 目標、目的とは? The object of a person’s ambition or effort; a destination 目印。目的を達成するために設けた、めあて。

10 S.M.A.R.T.Goals SPECIFIC: Describes what you want to accomplish with as much detail as possible. MEASURABLE: Describes your goal in terms that can clearly be evaluated. ACIEVABLE: A goal which takes energy but still can be achieved. REALISTIC: A goal you know you are actually capable of obtaining. TIME BOUNDED: Goals that break longer term goals into shorter pieces and clearly specify target completion dates.

11 SPECIFIC: MEASURABLE: ACIEVABLE: REALISTIC: TIME BOUNDED:
明らかに、確実に説明する。 MEASURABLE: 前もって推し量ること。 ACIEVABLE: 達成できるか出来ないかを明白にする。 REALISTIC: 実現できるか出来ないか。 TIME BOUNDED: 時間内に終わらせる。
