4 シナリオ概要 – 3 バリアント選定を使用した受注生産 – ディスクリート産業 MTO - バリアント選定を使用した受注処理シナリオでは、特性値が事前選択されている品目 ( 品目 バリアント ) 、およびそれらのバリアントについて計画された販売数量にもとづいて生産され る構成品目の受注処理を取り上げます。受注の選定を品目バリアントとして使用できない場 合、得意先サービスは該当する特性値を選択することによって、受注の品目を選定すること ができます。受注の原価見積は、受注の保存時に登録され、後に売上原価の評価に使用され ます。 このプロセスは、得意先から選定可能品目の受注を受け取ったときに開始します。受注は MRP 実行で認識され、品目を生産するための計画手配が生成されます。倉庫在庫が不足している 場合は、必要な原材料の購買依頼が登録されます。 製造指図の登録時に、その指図のロットサイズに対する目標原価が計算されます ( 予定原価見積 ) 。 製造プロセス時には、発生した原価が指図で更新されるため、目標原価と実際原価の追跡と その比較を随時行うことができます。 この指図に期末処理が適用されます。これには、仕掛品計算と差異計算が含まれます。この後、 仕掛品は財務会計で決済され、製造差異は管理会計と財務会計で決済されます。製造差異は、 受注の収益性分析で特性の 1 つとして決済されます。 プロセスの詳細説明 :
