3 1. Evidence(証明)/Proof(実証)
学術論文の基本パターンは主張(statement)+証明・理由(evidence/reason) この証明や理由は通常他人が書いた資料から採用される 「自分の主張には必ず論拠を明らかにすることが論文の基本には違いない。しかし、論拠を付けるというのは、長い引用や様々な統計をテキストに投げ入れることではない。提示する論拠は自分の問題とどんな関係あるか、はっきり示さなければならない。」(Burgess 2008: 126) One of the biggest problems is lack of proof Burgess, Chris 　2008　「よりよい学術論文を書くための学生用手引き―文化のステレオタイプを超えて―」 　　　　『津田塾大学紀要』第４０号（３月）、 ページ。

5 3.構成・形式 論文は内容だけではなく、提示方法も大事である。「論文」としての体裁を整えていないと、内容も疑われる。 見出し。。。
図と表。。。(参考資料＞図表番号挿入） (consider making your own graphs/tables in Excel) 目次・図表目次。。。 Use thesis template to show 3 levels of 見出し and also to show insertion of graphs (add two to show automatic numbering)

7 4. 引用 字句通りの引用 Short quotes should come in text and have 「」, e.g.
加えて「我が国の法制度というのは全くばらばらだ」（石田　２００８：２０８）。 ＯＲ 石田（２００８：２０８）によると 「我が国の法制度というのは全くばらばらだ」。 Long quotes should come in a separate indented paragraph: no 「」 or “”needed, e.g.

10 5. 注 斉藤 notes that 注 have 2 functions: Explanation(説明するため) ＝脚注
Extra information/comment (補足） Reference (出典・出所を示すため）＝出典注 「一般に共有されている知識（例：日本の首相は安倍）以外の情報には必ず出典注を入れなければならない。つけるべきかどうか分からない時は、念のためにつけた方がよい。」 Note that footnote come

11 Harvard式「イン・テキスト・サイテーション」
引用や他人の見解の部分のすぐ後、カッコの中に著者名（名字のみ）、発行年、そして(PDFファイル含む・インターネットや新聞以外）ページ数を書く。例えば： (鈴木 1999:57) (鈴木 1999、57) 　 (鈴木 1999:57-60) (鈴木 1999:3、6、12) (鈴木 1999:2章)

12 ６．脚注 Add footnotes using 参考資料 in Word
Don’t use too many footnotes; if it is important put it in the main text! Use a smaller font for footnotes

13 7. 参考文献リスト 書きながら参考分リストを作った方がいい！ それぞれの出典注がきちんと参考文献リストに載せてあるかどうかご注意！
