2 シナリオ概要 – 1 目的と利点: 目的 受信サマリ JIT 指示で受信する指示には、日付と数量の組合せからなる明細が含まれます。これらの明細は最終製品にリンクされておらず、定義済の順序では出荷されません。サマリJIT指示による出荷は特定な時刻において発生することができますし、また一日数回発生することも可能です。 利点 長期間にわたって資材所要量の情報は、OEMとサプライヤー間でIDocを介して、予定納入日程が送信されます。 サマリJIT指示は、OEM側の実際生産状況に応じて登録されます。 必要に応じて、複数の資材所要量を同じJIT指示にグループさせることができます。

OEM が独立計画所要量を登録し、MRP 実行を生成します。OEM が サプライヤ に予定納入日程を送信します。品目供給では、OEM がサマリ JIT 指示を登録し、 サプライヤに送信します。サプライヤが、受信したサマリ JIT 指示に基づいて納入 を登録します。サプライヤが出庫を転記し、請求を実行します。 OEM が、サマリ JIT 指示に対する入庫を転記します。OEM が、サマリ JIT 指示 を完了し、認識します。
