Clustering分析の手順 1. 入力ファイルの準備 Agilentの出力ファイルをExcelで開き、ProbeIDとgProcessedSignalのカラムをコピペで抜き出してGCTフォーマットの入力ファイルを作ります。またサンプルのリストを含むテキストファイル（CLS）を用意します。 2. Preproecess & Utilities: UniquifyLabels AgilentのProbeIDは重複する名前があるので一意的な名前に変換します。 3.
