単語が分からないとき、先生に聞いてください。

3 漢字の調べ方 Steps to looking up kanji
Determine what is the main radical. (usually the main radical is on the top or left side. You may find that it is a bit of trial and error before you find the kanji you are looking for.) Count the number of strokes of the radical Count the number of total strokes or just the remaining strokes depending on the dictionary you use. Find a dictionary (either electronic or paper) and follow their instructions for looking up a kanji Look up the kanji and see if you can find other words that use that kanji.

12 ～てくれる／あげる／もらう ～てくれる when somebody does something for us ～てあげる for the sake of others or somebody does for someone else ～てもらう says that we get, persuade or arrange for somebody to do something for us (receive someone’s favor)

14 ～ていただけませんか ～ていただけませんか (polite) ～てくれませんか。 ～てくれない？ (casual)

15 ～といい When you hope something will happen.
Short, present form + と　いいですね。 いいんですが。 Translate the following to express what you hope for the person who says: あしたから旅行に行くんです。 Phrase Translation It is good weather. It is not cold. It is fun.

You borrowed something (you decide what it is) from your partner last week. You were planning on returning it today but you somehow misplaced it. Create a conversation that you could perform in front of the class. (This is NOT meant to be a drill, so feel free to say and ask whatever you are able to.) It should be no longer than 2 minutes. It should include new vocabulary and as many of the following grammar points: ～てくれる／あげる／もらう ～ていただけませんか ～といい ～時 ～てすみませんでした
