Subsidy Granted Technical support TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Decontamination & Decommissioning Engineering Company Information Shared Financial Management Role Technical Management Role 次に、廃炉・汚染水対策事業のスキームについて、説明いたします。 資源エネルギー庁は、平成２５年度補正予算を活用して、NPO法人である地球と未来の環境基金に、基金を設置いたしました。 三菱総合研究所MRIは、先ほどご説明したとおり、資源エネルギー庁から選定されて、廃炉・汚染水対策の研究開発を促進するための補助金事業の事務局機能を担います。 事務局機能についてですが、事業開始から、その役割の流れをご説明いたしますと、 まず、事務局による公募開始をアナウンスした後、公募にご関心ある事業者は公募期間中に技術提案としての補助金申請をしていただきます。 提案内容は事務局を通じて、第三者委員会で審査がなされ、交付先が決定されます。 なお、事務局は、必要に応じてIRIDの技術支援チームによる技術的なサポートを受けます。 事業が開始された後は、進捗状況や成果確認を事務局が行うほか、事業に伴って発生した費用面の検査も事務局が行います。 確定した費用に対する補助金の支払いは、基金設置法人から事業者に直接、支払いがなされます。 なお、将来実用化された技術については、福島第一原発の現場で活用されることになりますので、事務局は、成果のユーザーとしての東京電力廃炉推進カンパニーとも適宜情報共有を行い、現場ニーズにあった研究を進めます。 User Comment 1.
