Customers receive loyalty points based on their purchases of Cisco products and services. They’re rewarded for their continued loyalty to Cisco. They can redeem points for educational offerings from and our learning partners. They’re encouraged to educate employees on Cisco products. And they can use loyalty points for Learning Credits, self-study, exam vouchers, and labs. This will increase the number of Cisco certified team members who will optimize the use of Cisco products, and reduce frustration. Customers can take advantage of a flexible, easy-to-use program with minimal administrative overhead. Each loyalty point is equivalent to $1 US dollar. Loyalty points can be converted to Learning Credits in bundles. This program gives customers tools and systems to help them get the most out of their loyalty points.
