今からタンポポの組織培養～各植物ホルモンが生育に及ぼす影響～　についての発表を始めます。 日本にはカントウタンポポ、トウカイタンポポ、カンサイタンポポなどを総称するニホンタンポポと呼ばれる固有種があります。 しかし、外来種であるセイヨウタンポポとの交雑が進んでいるため、一部は絶滅危惧種となっています。 Shinchiro Habaguchi Yusuke yamada

PURPOSE OF OUR STUDY ・Preserving the endemic species 私たちは絶滅危惧種であるニホンタンポポを効果的に繁殖させる上で、ニホンタンポポの増殖と伸長に最も効果のある植物ホルモンを探るために組織培養を行いました。

4 WHAT IS TISSUE CULTIVATION?
To grow plant tissue on a medium. ここで組織培養について説明します。 組織培養とは、生物体の組織の一片を体外で、適当な培養基に移して増殖させることです。

5 How we did our experiments
①We selected the best seed to use for these experiments

6 実験Ⅱでは、実験Ⅰの素寒天培地で発芽したものを、
MS培地の試験管、プラントボックスに植え替えて成長させた個体を使いまいした。

7 ②We grew the tissue culture
Used 2 hormones Researched balance between them

8 We researched various combinations
One hormone Another hormone Promotes the growth of buds and makes leaves green. Promotes the growth of roots and stems We researched various combinations

9 ③We examined how to increase
the germination rate

10 We experimented with different combinations of the two
Rinsing them with the running water to get rid of the germination inhibitor. Gibberellin (which promotes germination) We experimented with different combinations of the two

11 result ・Found the best hormones balance to do the tissue culture.
・Found the effect of the germination inhibitor is much bigger than that of gibberellin 　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　 Rinsing them with water

12 Challenges for the future
We will start actually increasing the dandelions.
