We have reported that homeostatic regulation of hematopoietic system is supported by other organs such as nervous system and bone metabolism (ref. 1-4). In this seminar, I would like to discuss the intimate relationship between “bone” and “marrow” through an introduction of a clinical application of transient deviation and a disease by irreversible deviation of this network.
