Foodborne Illness & Hazard Studies 食品媒介性疾患と 危害の研究 Foodborne Illness & Hazard Studies 目標：　 1997–2000 年の罹患数を25％低 減し、赤身肉と食鳥肉の病原体およびその 他の危害水準を低減する Goals: 25% reduction in illnesses from 1997–2000 and reductions in pathogen and other hazard levels in meat & poultry Question: Are reductions being achieved?
