1 ・Assist Team発足の背景について説明します。
従来は新たなイベントやタスクが発生した場合には、 その都度メンバーの募集を行い、委員会を発足。 イベントの企画運営やタスクの解決に取り組んできました（e.g.10周年実行委員会）。 しかし、 ①メンバーを集うのに時間を要すること ②集まったメンバーの情報レベルを引き上げることに時間がかかること ③委員会の解散およびタスクの解消に伴い、メンバーの役割が終了する為、 　得た知識や経験を継続して活かすことが出来ない などが課題としてありました。 これらの組織的な課題を解決し、 APU校友会をさらに機能的な組織にするために、この度Assist Teamを発足致します。

2 We would like to explain the background of this establishment.
Originally whenever there is a new task or event, we would start recruiting members and inaugurate a committee. Normally in such occasions the committee was in charge of project management and task solution. (e.g the 10th anniversary executive committee) However, there are outstanding issues such as: ①It took quite a lot of time for members to gather. ② It also took times to equally provide sufficient information to all members who gathered. ③By the time the committee is dismissed, the role of each member will also end, hence they won’t be able to continuously apply what they learned and earned to the next tasks or events. As an effective solution for such organizational issues, In order to improve the quality of APU Alumni Association, we decided to create this Assist Team.

3 ・メンバーの皆さんには、ボードとともに校友会全体、全チャプターのサポートを行って頂きます。
Assist Teamの概要 ・メンバーの皆さんには、ボードとともに校友会全体、全チャプターのサポートを行って頂きます。　　 内容 補足 組織規模（人数） 5名～10名 対象者 ①委員会経験者　 ②過去のディレクター応募者 ③チャプターリーダー（現・元） 校友会全体の活動をサポートするために、一定の経験や熱意を持っている校友を対象にする 具体的な役割 ①校友会ボードチームのMLから、日々情報をキャッチアップして頂く。 ②下記「依頼のフロー」に基づき、委員会の発足やタスクを受けて頂く MLの閲覧は、情報共有を目的とするため、ML上の発言は控えて頂く。 （意見や質問がある場合には、個別に代表に連絡をして頂く） 依頼のフロー ①代表からAssist Teamメンバーに依頼のメールを送る。 ②依頼内容に応じて興味のあるものに手を挙げて頂く ③実行委員会の発足またはタスクの実施 左記①→校友会ボードチームのML 左記③→実施形態は都度相談

4 Assist Team Synopsis The members belong to the Assist Team will support Alumni Association on the whole and Chapter with Board Team. ・　　 Content Supplement Number of members From 5~10 people Qualification ①Those who have experiences working in a committee.　 ②Those who applied for Director position in the past. ③Chapter’s leader（Current・Former） In order to give out proper support to Alumni Association’s activities, those who have experiences and enthusiasm to a certain degree are qualified. Concrete Roles ①Receive and update information from Board Team’s ML on daily basis. ②Undertake tasks or establishing committees based on the “ Request Flow ” written below. ML is used for the purpose of sharing information. Therefore, please refrain from posting on ML. (In case you have any opinion or question, please contact the chairperson in person). Request Flow ①The chairperson will send a request message to Assist Team. ②Assist Team members will raise their hands for the request content they are interested in. ③Inauguration of a committee or task implementation. Assist Teamへの依頼事項 ・メンバーの皆さんには下記のような事項の依頼を想定しています。　　 ボードチームでは日々、様々なタスクが発生します。皆さんの興味のある分野、事項に関して手を挙げていただき、才能をシェアしていただければと思います。 想定されるタスクは、校友に提示する資料の作成、広報活動のサポート、イベントの当日スタッフなどです。 タスクの推進 APU校友会では、様々なイベントを開催しますが、特に期間が定まっているイベント（e.g.校友会10周年を祝うイベント）については、実行委員会を発足しています。 メンバーの皆さんにはイベントの企画運営（リーダー、メンバー）としてご活躍頂きたいと思います。 イベントの企画運営

7 Request for Assist Team (notes)
Below are the requests that you are supposed to undertake. ・　　 At Board Team there occurs various tasks everyday. We would like you to raise your hand, choose a sphere you’re in to and share your knowledge and talent. Predicted tasks are preparing materials to present Alumni Association, supporting promotion activities or being staffs on the day an event is held etc. Task’s propulsion At APU Alumni Association we do hold plenty of events, however for periodically fixed events such as 10th Anniversary, an Event Steering Committee would be established. We would like all of you to participate as Event’s manager (Leader, members etc.) Event’s management
