老夫婦？それとも、歌手２人と花瓶？

4 Look closer…… see things differently
じっくりみると・・・・違った面が見えてくる Identify the needs of girls and young women Cater for the need – review programmes, change uniform, change in structure/ management Adapt Listen 少女や若い女性のニーズに気づく ニーズを考慮する…プログラムを見直す、ユニフォームの変更、 　　　　　　　　　　　　　組織や運営方法の変更 変化する 意見を聞く

紫の線はまっすぐ？それとも曲がっている？ まっすぐです

6 Is the left center circle bigger?
真ん中の円は左の方が大きい？ No, they're both the same size. 両方とも同じ大きさ

7 Which soldier is taller?
どの兵士の背が高い？ None. They're all the same size. みんな同じ背の高さ

8 Surrounding influences …..prejudice
先入観・・・周りの環境がつくりあげたもの Prejudice narrows vision “Girls today are not adventures!!!” Examine the situation…find root problem 　 　decrease in membership = ugly uniform?　　　　　　 External influence 　Competing with other similar organizations/　clubs/fighting for time 先入観は視野をせばめる 女の子は冒険的ではない 状況を観察し、問題の根幹を見つける 会員の減少はかっこよくない制服のせい？ 外的要因 似たような団体・クラブ・忙しさ　との競争

視点を変えてみよう Understand the situation What was appealing to you as a guide may not be appealing to guides of today Look beyond the problem/issue Loose guiding traditions vs in cooperate new things Think outside the box Get professional help/collaborate Adjust accordingly We have to embrace change 状況を理解する 自分がスカウトのとき魅力的だったものが今のスカウトにとって魅力的ではないかもしれない 物事の先を見る ガールスカウトの伝統を失うのではなく、新しいことを取り入れる 既存の考え方にとらわれない 専門家の力を借りる 必要に応じて合わせる わたしたちは変化を受け入れなければなりません
