3 Two meanings ①checking information （情報の確認） ②asking for one’s consent （同意を求める） Japanese translation…… 「～だよね？ ～でしょう？」

4 You can speak English, can’t you?
The structure of tag questions Pattern 1 (positive sentences, with negative tags) S ＋ (Auxiliary verb) ～, (Auxiliary verb) ＋ ＋S? (e.g.) 「それは正しいです。」　　 　　 It’s true. 「君は英語が話せます。」　　 　　 You can speak English. not 助動詞(be, do, have, will…) Contraction(短縮形 isn’t, didn’t, can’t…) ⇒ 「それは正しいですよね？」 It’s true, isn’t it? ⇒ 「君は英語が話せますよね？」 You can speak English, can’t you?

5 Tom won’t be late, will he? She didn’t study, did she?
The structure of tag questions Pattern 2 (Negative sentences, with positive tags) S ＋ (Auxiliary verb) ＋ not ～, (Auxiliary verb) ＋S? (e.g.) 「トムは遅れないだろう。」　　　　 Tom won’t be late 　　　　　　　　 「彼女は勉強しなかった。」 　　　 She didn’t study. ⇒ 「トムは遅れないよね？」 Tom won’t be late, will he? ⇒ 「彼女は勉強しなかったよね？」 She didn’t study, did she?

6 What is the difference? You love me, don’t you? 「私のこと好きでしょう？」 Rising intonation 「私のこと好きだよね！」 Falling intonation

7 Points to be paid attention to
Q:You can’t run faster than me, can you? 「君は僕より速く走れないんでしょ？」 A-Yes, I can. -No, I can’t. 「いいえ、走れます」 positive 「はい、走れません。」 negative

10 カルタゲーム ・4グループに分かれる ・文章を聞いて、それを付加疑問文にするのに必要なＴａｇの部分のカード をとる ・カードを取った人に1ポイントはいる ・合計点が高い人が勝ち！

17 ジェスチャーゲーム（ルール説明） ・4グループに分かれる ・1人がお題のジェスチャーをする ・残りの人で相談して答えがわかったらみんなで声を合わして付 加疑問文を使って確認する ・Yesという答えが返ってきたら次の人がジェスチャーをする ・先にすべてのお題が終わったグループが勝ち！ ＊なお、なかには難しいお題も入っている
