10 Principles for Passing the Baton バトンタッチの原則
Our goal must be a church of disciples who are motivated from within to live and even die for Jesus—and to pass that on to others. How are disciples brought into this new entity? Individual Blocks Blocks Joined Together Individual Disciples Being built into a Spiritual Family ( Living Stones ) This is so obvious that it is oftentimes overlooked. The main focus of the church-planter must be the development of strong, multiplying disciples, not structure or organization. Our effectiveness is always diminished as we move from the mission to the maintenance mode. The greatest gift that we can give a new convert is the ability to build a deep relationship with God through the practice of Christian Growth Disciplines (Heb. 5:14).
