5 問題１ 問題１: 第１回の授業において昔の米国のARPAnetAUPの説明をした。早稲田大学が接続しているSINETにもAUPに相当する規則がある。（参考１） 現代においてもAUPに相当する規則が設けられているのは、どのような理由によるものか、その理由を述べよ。またAUPに違反する例を、できるだけ具体的に述べよ。

6 Question 1 In our first class on May 6, AUP in old ARPAnet is explained. Even at present, we have an AUP in SINET (reference 1). Describe the reason why the modern AUP is still applied. Then, write a specific example which violates the AUP.

7 参考1 SINETの「加入規定」第７条 加入者は次の各号に掲げる事項を遵守しなければならない 一　研究・教育並びにその支援のための管理業務以外の目的にネットワークを利用しないこと。 二　営利を目的とした利用を行わないこと。

8 Reference 1 Unfortunately, there is no English document which mentions the AUP in SINET. Article 7. Subscribers should observe the following rules. They use the network only for research and education (R&D) or any support for R&D activities. They cannot use the network for commercial purposes.
