別府市の海外情報発信事業について（案） ～ＡＰＵ校友会との連携～ 目 的 ２０１４年７月２日 別府市文化国際課作成 ～ＡＰＵ校友会との連携～ 目 的 立命館アジア太平洋大学開学から１０年が経過し、市内で学生生活を送っていた卒業生数も１万人を越え、世界中で活躍されている人財が数多く存在する。卒業生に別府市の情報を提供することにより、別府へのなつかしさ、第２の故郷として別府を想う気持ちを育くむとともに、彼らの活躍により別府の効果的な情報発信を行うことを目的とする。 協力内容 協 力 別府市文化国際課 ＡＰＵ校友会 ・別府市の最新情報を定期的に校友会に情報提供。各支部長から各会員へＳＮＳやメーリングリストで伝達 ・現地でそれぞれの知人に別府の情報発信を行う ・現地で行われる観光展等のイベントにおいて通訳や別府での生活体験談を伝える （謝礼提供） ・別府市が海外訪問時に開催するレセプションや意見交換会に参加 可能であれば協定を結ぶ 情報伝達 アンバサダー（大使任命）制度（案） ☆校友会代表及び支部長を別府市の 公式国際アンバサダーとして任命 ・委嘱状の提供 ・名刺の提供 ・各支部の取組みを別府市公式ＨＰで紹介 ・別府の現状体験ツアー招待 ・別府で各国支部長との意見交換会出席 各支部（２０箇所）
Re: Promotion of Information to Oversea Locations (Proposal) July 2nd, 2014 Drafted by: Beppu City Cultural & International Affairs Division ～Link with APU Alumni Association～ ＯＢＪＥＣＴＩＶＥ It has been a decade since the establishment of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU). The number of graduates who had once studied here in Beppu City has exceeded 10,000 and many of them are active all over the world. Through their cooperation of introducing Beppu to others, this can evoke nostalgia and nurture feelings towards their second hometown and devote to the effective promotion of information regarding our city. Contents Information ・Provide updated information on Beppu City on a regular basis to the Alumni Association. Chapter Presidents convey information to members through SNS and mailing-lists. ・Introduce Beppu City to local acquaintances . ・Interpretation services at local tourism promotion events and introduction of experiences during student days in Beppu (remuneration to be provided) l ・Participate at receptions and public meeting held overseas by Beppu City Implement a system to appoint Ambassadors（proposal） ☆Appoint the Director of the Alumni Association and Presidents of the Chapters as The Official International Ambassadors of The City Of Beppu ・Provide a letter of appointment ・Issue business cards ・Introduction of chapter activities on the official Beppu City homepage ・Invitation to tour Beppu City ・Exchange ideas amongst Chapter Presidents Chapters（２０）
