(UTY-DCGYZ1/UTY-DCGGZ1) 7.0 inch touch panel display Renewal of Hardware Previous model (UTY-DCGY/ UTY-DCGG) 5.0 inch panel display New model (UTY-DCGYZ1/UTY-DCGGZ1) 7.0 inch touch panel display Launch on middle of Apr 2019 Well, new central controller changes hardware from the previous. Also, model name adds Z1 . This panel becomes touch panel and 7.0 inch display. This model will be launched on middle of this Apr. まず、従来の集中コントローラから外観を変更しました。 5インチから7インチと画面が大きくなり、タッチパネル式になりました。 2019年4月中旬に発売予定になります。

We suppose that controllable indoor units are about 50 units for light commercial segment like office, hotel and shop. Error Code refers to the manual of each unit : I.U, O.U and controller unit. Also, refrigerant leakage is displayed. Refrigerant leak detector in units is needed to display at this controller.

Product Features ・Trouble Support Functions – Monitor sensor values (Address) Helpful for Service and Maintenance Also, we can monitor sensor values to check problem that cooling or heating don't get better. センサ値のモニタリングもできます、この機能は機器に異常がないが、冷暖房できないといった問題の時に使用します 室外機にサービスツールを接続することなく、値の取得が可能で、表示内容をサービスマンへ事前に伝えて早期解決が可能です。 We can get sensor value without connecting service tool to outdoor unit, so unit condition can be notified to service man before he comes.

Operation Stop Time Operation Stop Time ①Range Spec. ②Continuous また、今回タイマー設定で新たにオートオフタイマー機能が追加されました。 Auto off timer function is added. これは、運転時間と時間帯を設定することで、運転開始後自動的にOFFにすることができます。 By setting operation stop time and time range in this function, operation will be off automatically after operation stop time. 今回、表の通り運転時間を40分、時間帯を午後12時から2時に設定します。 As setting screen, we set 40minutes and time range from 12 oclock to 2 oclock. その時間帯以外で運転開始した場合は、このタイマーに影響はしません。 If operation starts except time range, this function will not work. 設定した時間内で機器がOFFからONになった時にタイマーが有効化します。 If operation status changes from OFF to ON in time range, this function works. また、時間帯を設定せず、運転開始されるたびに、タイマーを有効にすることもできます。 Also, without setting time range, we can work auto off timer whenever turning ON. オートオフタイマーの時間帯とスケジュールが重複した場合、スケジュールが優先されます。 If time range for Auto Off Timer and schedule are duplicated, operation for schedule has priority. ②Continuous If time range for Auto Off Timer and schedule are duplicated, operation for schedule has priority. The previous one needed to separate control panel and power supply unit to install along the wall. For that, we can install this in the place which is not able to drill. This is initial setting to register the indoor unit to be controlled by this controller. Maximum 100 R.C.G(or I.U) can be registered. Installation: Front Case Before installation, you need to check Dip switch. When this switch is turned ON, the correct time is retained by the built-in battery even if the power is cut off due to power failure or maintenance. When shipped from the factory, this switch is OFF to prevent consumption of the battery charge. Before using this product, always set DIP switch to “ON”. If not set, when the main power is turned on again, the set data by menu operation will be erased and cause erroneous operation.

Installation: General Information Rear Case Wire type is same as the previous one. Wire type is same as the previous one. (New) 配線ですが、まず電源と通信線は従来機種と変更はありません。 電源については、新たに単線タイプでの配線を認めました。 This is Wiring specification. Power supply cable and transmission cable are not changed. However new power supply cable for solid wire is added. (New)

Installation: General Information Standard Wire Solid Wire(New) Standard Wireについては、フェルール端子を取り付けた上で作業を行ってください。 単線については、そのまま配線作業してください Standard wire needs ferrule terminal, but solid wire does not need that.

Initialization Procedure : (1)Language Setting まずは、言語選択です。 初期設定終了後は、下記手順で設定変更できます. After you turn on, you choose language. If you finish initialization setting, you can change it anytime from the below operation. Menu button -> Installer Setting -> Language Setting

Initialization Procedure : (2) Panel Calibration 設置場所での操作をより正確に行う為、初期設定時に実施 Second, panel Calibration is set. This is for accurate operation at installed position. Menu button -> Preference -> Panel Calibration

Tap the address list “00” – “15”. Initialization Procedure : (3) Central Controller Address Setting Tap the address list “00” – “15”. コントローラのアドレスを設定しますが、VRFシステム上に2台以上の集中管理機器が接続されている場合、アドレス番号が重複しない様にしてください。 Next, you select Central Controller Address between 0 and 15. When 2 or more controllers* are installed in the system, set the address numbers so that the controller addresses(numbers) are not duplicated. * Touch Panel Controller, Network Convertor(Group Remote Controller). When 2 or more controllers* are installed in the system, set the address numbers so that the controller addresses(numbers) are not duplicated. Caution : This setting of Network is Priority Mode at initial setting. Initialization Procedure : (4) Indoor Unit Registration ①This screen will be displayed after (3). Caution : This setting of Network is Priority Mode at initial setting. ②Check the confirmation list & Confirm. After selecting Central Controller Address, indoor unit registration starts automatically. Please be careful to one thing. This setting of Network is Priority Mode at initial setting. So, if there are operated units, they will turn off. After registration, the result is displayed, so you confirm that. If there is no problem, press OK button. You can confirm some kinds of error in I.U, O.U and controller. Maintenance This controller can get monitor sensor of indoor unit and outdoor unit. The method is same as service tool. The date& time is response time, not the time you press button. The value re-load per about 15 seconds. 室内機/室外機のセンサデータを監視し、各値はサービスツールと同じ方法で取得しています。 右側の時間は、応答した時間になります。(ボタンを押した瞬間の時間ではない) 値の更新はおおよそ15秒間隔で行っています。 Menu button -> Maintenance -> Display Sensor Values -> Indoor Unit
