Background 出題の背景 It is well known that ICANN is introducing new gTLD domain names, like .TOKYO and .BMW http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/program-status/delegated-strings The most important topic around ICANN is the NTIA IANA Functions' Stewardship Transition. It is not easy to understand what this transition means unless you have knowledge about related organizations and governments.
