問題１ 問題１: 第１回の授業において昔の米国のARPAnetAUPの説明をした。早稲田大学が接続しているSINETにもAUPに相当する規則がある。（参考１） 現代においてもAUPに相当する規則が設けられているのは、どのような理由によるものか、その理由を述べよ。またAUPに違反する例を、できるだけ具体的に述べよ。

Question 1 In our first class on May 6, AUP in old ARPAnet is explained. Even at present, we have an AUP in SINET (reference 1). Describe the reason why the modern AUP is still applied. Then, write a specific example which violates the AUP.
